IEEE IAS 2025 Electrical Safety Workshop Hyatt Regency Jacksonville Riverfront Hotel Jacksonville, Florida, USA March 3 – 7, 2025
Registration for 2025 is now open. The workshop will be held March 3 to March 7, 2025 in Jacksonville at the Hyatt Regency Jacksonville Riverfront Hotel. The products exhibition will be held on Wednesday, March 5, from 3-6pm.
The Electrical Safety Workshop is sponsored by the IEEE IAS Electrical Safety Committee. The Workshop is the predominant venue to educate the electrical community on your safety-related products and services. It is also a great way for you to experience the latest technologies, better understand the problems encountered in the field, and hear the concerns of participants. This information is of great value in determining customer needs and wants, which can help in product design and marketing strategies.
This will be one of your best conferences for actionable lead results all year. As someone that has exhibited at ESW for than a decade, I can sincerely state that during the Product Expo’s single afternoon, I typically have more conversations of value than at most product exhibitions running several days. ESW entices all attendees to visit all exhibitors at the Expo by offering prizes that can only be won during the Expo.
In addition to the Product Expo, the face-to-face networking time available offers each exhibitor the opportunity to reacquaint themselves with existing customers, develop new contacts and share how their products and services benefit the industry. Most of the attendees are influential members of their organizations.
The 2025 exhibitor fee structure includes workshop attendance, and is priced as follows:
Exhibitor Pricing
IEEE Member: $1,430 Non-Member: $1,850 Through January 31, 2025 |
IEEE Member: $1,590 Non-Member: $2,010 After January 31, 2025 |
Visit www.ieee.org for details on how to become an IEEE member and take advantage of the discount and the many other benefits being a member offers.
The exhibitor fee entitles you to one full registration to the entire ESW, one 8’ X 10’ booth space, 120 Volt power, pipe and drape, 6’ table, 2 chairs and carpeting. Also included is admission for one helper to assist with booth support. Additional helpers will be charged a $30 fee to cover the cost of food. Please note pricing goes up $160 after January 31, 2025.
This will be our second year for the “Best Product of the ESW” contest. It was very well received in Tucson last year and we hope to have even more exhibitors participate in Jacksonville. When you register, at the bottom of the booth selection page, you will indicate your participation choice. By answering yes to this question, you agree to receive an email with information regarding the details of this contest.
The “Best Product of the ESW” award will be voted on and selected by attendees of the ESW Products and Services Exposition held Wednesday at the conference. The winning product will be announced at the Thursday ESW Awards ceremony, where they will be presented a certificate. In addition, the winning product and company information will be displayed on the ESW website.
The Exhibitor Kit will be coming soon. We will be using a different decorator this year and I will send out an email when the kit is available.
We will be using Zuant Lead Retrieval Services again this year. I will provide a link soon with information on updates and enhancements to their services. If you are not familiar with this service, it allows you to scan badge QR codes and capture leads using your smart phone or tablet.
After exhibitor registration, the Expo floorplan will be sent to the registrant for booth selection. I receive a weekly update of new registrants, but feel free to send me an email once registered.
While planning your budgets and your participation, please consider offering one or more of your products, services or related items as prizes for participants.
Contact me or Scott Seaver for assistance. Your generosity is always appreciated and makes for a more exciting conference.
We invite you to also consider becoming a supporter for one of our meals or refreshment breaks that occur in conjunction with workshop sessions. For information about becoming a supporter, please contact Wes Mozley, the corporate support vice chair.
I’m looking forward to you joining us this year in Jacksonville. Space is limited and will be reserved on a first come basis.
