IEEE IAS 2026 Electrical Safety Workshop
Kalahari Resorts & Conventions Center in Round Rock, TX
March 9-13, 2026
Products & Services Expo: Wednesday, March 11, 3:00–6:00 p.m.
Dear Prospective IEEE IAS Electrical Safety Workshop Exhibitors,
Registration is now open for the 2026 IEEE IAS Electrical Safety Workshop (ESW), and I would like to personally invite you to the Products & Services Expo at ESW 2026. It will be held at the Kalahari Resorts & Conventions Center in Round Rock, Texas, located just 20 minutes north of Austin, TX. The ESW operates from March 9th–13th and the Products & Services Expo will be Wednesday, March 11, 3:00–6:00 p.m.
Kalahari Resorts & Conventions provides a professional, full-service convention environment within a world-class resort setting. With state-of-the-art meeting spaces and premium amenities, it offers the ideal backdrop for learning, networking, and meaningful industry engagement—while also giving your family the chance to enjoy the resort’s many attractions.
Sponsored by the IEEE IAS Electrical Safety Committee, the Electrical Safety Workshop is the leading event for advancing electrical safety in the workplace. For exhibitors, ESW offers a premier platform to showcase products and services, connect with industry decision-makers, and gain valuable insight into emerging technologies and real-world challenges that shape future solutions.”
I have been part of this event for more than a decade, and year after year it proves to be one of the most valuable conferences for anyone involved in electrical safety.
What Makes ESW Different
This workshop is not just another trade show. It is the place where the electrical safety community comes together. You will not only showcase your products and services, but you’ll also:
- Hear directly from the people in the field about the challenges they face.
- See the newest technologies and approaches shaping our industry.
- Walk away with real insights that can help guide product design and marketing.
The Product Expo Advantage
I have exhibited at countless shows, and I can tell you from experience — the ESW Product Expo stands out. In a single afternoon, I typically have more meaningful conversations than I do at other exhibitions that last several days.
Why? To maximize engagement, the ESW encourages all attendees to visit and actively participate in the Expo by offering prize drawings that are available exclusively during the Expo. Attendees must have their Expo Passport signed by exhibitors to be eligible for the grand prize.
Networking That Matters
The face-to-face time at the ESW is priceless. It is not just about new leads — it is about:
- Reconnecting with existing customers.
- Building new relationships.
- Sharing how your products and services truly make a difference in safety.
A key advantage of exhibiting at the ESW is the attendee profile. Participants are not just casual visitors, but decision-makers who directly influence budgets, policies, and purchasing decisions.
My Takeaway
If you are serious about reaching the right audience and walking away with leads that actually turn into business, the ESW Expo should not be missed.
I can honestly say — this is one of the best conferences all year for real, actionable results.
