New From Legrand – Heavy Duty Round Covers

This week, Legrand introduces its newest launch in the Wiremold Evolution Series, Heavy Duty Round Covers, designed for adapting Legrand’s Evolution Series Poke-Thru devices, Resource RFB E Series Floor Boxes, and CRFB Series Floor Boxes to withstand heavy loads.

Created for areas with high foot-traffic or frequently moving equipment like airport terminals, convention centers and entertainment venues, Evolution Series Heavy Duty Round Covers provide high strength and corrosion resistant access to power, communications and audio/video services recessed below floor level. The new covers are designed to handle a load rating of 8,000 pounds with a 1.5 times safety factor and are made from solid stainless-steel construction to ensure the covers will be unaffected by corrosion due to cleaning solutions or chemicals.

Available in 6-inch and 8-inch versions, the covers attach to Legrand’s 6AT and 8AT Poke-Thru Devices as well as Legrand’s RFBE and CRFB Series Floor Boxes for simple upgrades to existing devices for optimal protection in commercial environments.
